Calling all aspiring e-commerce and fashion entrepreneurs!  Flexible work hours and a part-time position based in Honolulu.

You will learn:  
-  E-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, purchasing, and customer experience management and have direct to consumer touch points.  

This position will expose you to all facets of business and entrepreneurship.  

A little about us:
Most eyewear is designed for a narrow, Eurocentric face shape leaving millions of women wearing glasses that slide, rest on cheeks or hit lashes.  Mohala offers 3 unique nose bridges, 3 widths and adjustable frames to create a custom fit for all face shapes.  And each pair sends a girl to school and we have donated 92,000 days of school to date.  We are sold at Nordstrom and have been featured by former President Barack and Michelle Obama.

The Fulfillment and Customer Experience Specialist’s top priority is to ensure all e-commerce orders are fulfilled accurately and timely with products and packaging that meets Mohala specifications.  And that all customer inquires are responded to within 48 hours with accurate, friendly responses to create an amazing customer experience.  

Share ideas on how to improve our small business operations 
Be a part of a dynamic, growing team that is building a brand together, your input on operations will be asked and valued 
Fulfill all ecommerce and wholesale orders and process returns and exchanges
Receive new product launches and new releases
Pick up shipments from post office 3x per week.
Manage Physical Inventory
Keep backstock on shipping materials organized so it is easy to check inventory amounts and easy to pack
Purchasing supplies
Working Mohala in-person sales events
Respond to all customer emails within 48 business hours
Respond to all customer comments, DM, and message on Instagram and Facebook within 48 business hours
Use necessary customer management applications to record customer information for future orders and follow up
Respond to all customer reviews
